Pricing, answered plainly.
On the Pro plan, you pay a small flat rate per active unit, per month. A unit only counts when it has an active tenancy, so you're never paying for vacant doors. The Independent plan is free for a single tenancy.
No setup fees, no onboarding fees, and no long-term contracts. You can start on the free plan and upgrade whenever you're ready, and cancel anytime.
You own your data. Before you go, you can export the complete tenancy record as PDF and JSON · including the verifiable hash chain · so both you and your tenant keep a full, independent copy. No lock-in.
